Likely the best burger I have eaten in the last 3-4 years.  Anytime there is a burger that is named after the restaurant, I have to order it.  It is likely the largest (or should I say tallest) burger I have had delivered to my table.  Really the only downside is I had to think critically about how to eat it.  I ended up deconstructing it by taking off some of the BBQ pork and onion rings.

1/2 pound burger that had amazing smoky flavor but not one ingredient over powered any of the others.  I was truly impressed and if you are ever driving I-40 through eastern Tennessee, this place is a good place to stop and would highly recommend the namesake burger!
